Karen Light owns and runs Raeven Logic Systems Inc. from Calgary. She writes and publishes the Lead Time newsletter, and she created the Kintrak family readiness organizer and the Age Wise Index home screening service.
Before this work, Karen was a real estate agent in Calgary and held the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® designation. Many of her clients were in or approaching retirement and were deciding whether to stay in their homes or move. Lead Time and Age Wise Index both draw on those years.
She is also helping her senior parent through housing decisions from a plane ride away. From that distance, she saw how much of daily life depends on details nobody has written down, and Kintrak grew out of that.
